Who wants flat abs? Okay, let me re-phrase that -- who doesn't want flatter abs? I'm guessing there were very few hands up at that last one, right? If you're like so many of us who carry their extra weight in the belly, chances are you've tried time and again to rid yourself of that pesky ab flab. Endless painful crunches haven't helped, so what will?
