This looks like a blast. Who needs expensive snowboard or ski equipment? Grab a sled and head for the hills! In all honesty, it doesn't look that safe to me, but sledding is great exercise. No lifts, plenty of hills, deep snow -- it's an excellent cardio workout. Whether you grab your kids and visit local hill, or grab some friends and head for more dangerous territory, it's a great way to have some fun and get in the physical activity!
