Shed those pounds with Lemon Juice

For someone who's trying to lose weight, lemons should be your best friend. No, I'm not talking about that extreme Lemonade diet that Beyonce and a bunch of other celebs followed before big roles -- there's a different type of Lemonade Diet according to the Daily Mail, and yes, you can eat when you're following this plan -- whew!
Here's how you do it:

- Start every morning with a glass of lemon juice and warm water
- Eat lemon at ever meal and snack -- either by squeezing some juice over your meal or eating some peel.
- Eat at least five servings of fruit and veggies a day
- Cut out sugary goods
- Avoid saturated fat, but be sure to get good fats
- Eat whole, organic foods
- Eat slowly.

Although I think this does work, most of it might be mental. Also, of COURSE eating less/no sugar and saturated fat is gonna lead to weight loss. Also, lemon, in my opinion makes me feel fuller cuz of the strong taste.

There's a story of a doctor that would give his patients pills and say, take two of these pills once a day, then walk for 30 minutes. The patients' blood pressure would drop, cholesterol would go down, and yeah, they'd lose weight.
The "pills" were jellybeans.
This "diet" works fine without the lemon for the same reasons.

Lemon juice is a great way to use less salt also. besides it really tastes good on most vegies, specially cooked ones. I think this would work fine.. and some of us need all the help we can get.
