Sexy Motivation: Victoria's Secret and Heidi Klum

Last week, I tuned into the Victoria's Secret fashion show on television. Wow! What fun they have with bras and panties! And watching the models strut up and down the runway with their enormous angel wings and teeny underthings made me want to do some crunches at ten o'clock that night.
Now, of course the girls are ten feet tall and they are quite trim. But they are not the anorexic looking waifs we see on other runways. In fact, these chicks are fairly curvy and mostly resemble women. NOT THE TYPICAL WOMAN, but they look womanly.
Most convincingly on the real woman thing was Heidi Klum. The girl has birthed three babies in the past four years and absolutely earned her place back as the star of the show. I have two kids and have popped back into pretty good shape by working out and eating right, but I certainly don't have any appointments to appear on national television in my undies. Although that might be fun.
Anyway. I'm the Fitzness trainer chic and usually I'm inspired by regular people achieving improved levels of fitness. I'm rarely motivated by magazines or models. But, the Victoria Secret fashion show was something special. Pretty costumes, fun music, and curvy healthy bodies making sexy something to strive for.
