Mick Jagger's fertility diet
Categories: Celebs & Entertainment, Men's Health
He's 64 and a father to seven kids with four different women, but that hasn't deterred Mick Jagger from wanting to become a father again with current gal pal L'Wren Scott. And the skinny senior has apparently adopted a new healthy diet to increase his fertility odds, according to this article. What's on his list of must-have fertility foods? Avocados, for one. They're believed by the Aztecs to improve men's sexual prowess. He's also drinking lots of goji berry juice, which is known in some circles as 'fruit Viagra.' I've never heard of either of these being good for fertility, but hey -- whatever works.
What do you think of Mick's fertility plans?

Whatever happened to growing old gracefully? Jagger will be 80 before this kid is outta high school. What a typically selfish decision by another show biz type.

I just love the romantic notion some of you have about beeing a DADDY at this age, sick
It takes more than a Nanny and helpers to be a father.
he was not a good one to begin with to the once he has,
he addmitted that, shame on producing more.
The starlet syndrome is not to be copied it stinks
they are low life with bucks , thats all.

I grew up in Stones era and I rocked almost as hard as they did too as a young man. Mick apparently hasn't grown up or he wouldn't want to father a child who will likely be fatherless by the time he / she reaches their 20's. I think its a selfish act to want to father a child at 64.

OMG... a 64 year old man wanting to have kids ? I don't care if he's in the best shape of his life.
Men having kids at his age should be a imprisioned for impersonating a man w a brain.
Smart momma, stupid old man !

My feeling is that he wants a child for all the wrong reasons -- mainly to boost his own ego -- not because he wants a child to love and nurture. Isn't he a grandfather by now? If he wants to nurture a child, he should nurture and love his grandchildren and leave making babies to the younger generation.

I'm not entirely sure it's a good idea for Mick to have more children, but I also think it's wrong to automatically assume that someone is too old to be a father just because he is over 60. Most people assume that 50 is too old to be a mom, but I have a co-worker who did just that about a year ago, and everything turned out fine. She's doing a great job with her youngest child, and besides, it was her choice. I also know someone, a Holocaust survivor, who had four children (who are now in their 40's) with his first wife and three more children with his second wife. His younger children are all in their early teens, and the kids don't seem to mind that he's technically "old enough to be their grandfather." And how do we know Mick's motivation? Maybe after having "messed up" a bit with his other children, he wants the chance to do it right. Maybe he's so in love with his current flame that he really wants to have a child with her. Frankly, I'm always skeptical about lasting relationships between famous folks, but just because I'm skeptical doesn't mean they don't feel sincere about it. Bottom line? I think you all ought to be ashamed of yourselves for making a judgement about someone based on solely on age. Ageism is prejudice, and it's just as wrong as prejudice in all it's other forms.

I wish he were as concerned about making records as good as "Gimme Shelter", "Rocks Off" and "Sway", and less concerned about poppin' more kids.
