One of the easiest ways to get fit is by walking more. In fact, you've probably heard that we're supposed to be getting 10,000 steps a day. A pedometer is a great gift for someone who walks a lot, or who is trying to be healthier. It will track steps taken on a walk or simply throughout the day. They're relatively inexpensive (though you can splurge on a fancy one if you're so inclined) and they're available all over the place.
