Food additives put your child at risk

Plenty of research in recent years has shown that additives found in many highly-processed foods can harm child and even cause them to be hyperactive. In Britain, these studies have been taken a step further, with many groups lobbying to have such food additives banned from foods. But since it doesn't look like the government will be taking such steps any time soon, experts are advising parents to try to remove such additives from their kid's diet based on significant results, according to this article.
These additives include colorings and flavourings that are popular in many kid-directed food items out there, but I've yet to see a list that provides specific details of dangerous products. My advice? Feed your kids natural, home-cooked, organic foods whenever possible.
