It's interesting to come across this article. I thought exercise videos had kind of fallen off lately. I haven't heard of any new "fad workouts" since the Billy Blanks Tai Bo days. I suppose the "300 Workout" arose as a fad workout, but I don't think anyone really profited off of that. Simply a word of mouth craze among college aged muscle heads. Anyone using some workout videos not listed in this entry?
