Train like this Calvin Klein underwear model
Colin Egglesfield is the owner of the magnificent body we see on the Calvin Klein underwear box (at right). Colin has been generous enough to share a clear shot of his abs with us, and also some advice on how to get yours to look more like his!
We chatted a bit the other day for his feature in an upcoming Celebrity Fitzness Report here on ThatsFit.com. I found it refreshing to hear how hard he works to stay in great shape. He's not 'genetically gifted', he's a man who's willing to do the work it takes to earn a body worthy of massive billboards. Read the description of Colin's eating habits and training schedule for when he has a CK shoot on the horizon. Take note of the fact that he does not starve or suffer in any way. He just chooses lean nutritious food, and works out like a monster.Thank you Colin. Not only for making my eyes so happy, but for sharing your fantastic strategies for becoming a physical masterpiece.
Fitness Training
Colin runs four to ten miles, three to four times per week. He's often in training for a marathon.
Strength trains two to four times per week.
Colin takes spinning classes whenever he can.
Breakfast:
Bowl of Lucky Charms Cereal and a glass of O.J.
Lunch options:
Grilled Chicken Salad
Turkey Sandwich with low fat cheese - no fattening sauces
Chicken Fajitas - no oil
Dinner favorite:
Chicken with green beans -- no rice or potatoes
Dessert:
Colin has a sweet tooth, but can handle having just one bite of dessert.
Weekends:
Colin will indulge in a beer or burger on the weekends, but he NEVER stuffs his face. He makes a habit of controlling portions and balancing his calories.

I love when people are honest about how hard it is to look good. I hate actresses like Angie Harmon who say they eat whatever they want, not work out and are still skinny..such liars!
I am a formerly very overweight child that is a normal in shape woman that works hard at it every day. I swear by drinking plenty of water,
avoiding carb laden meals in the evening and trying to get exercise whenever you can. I also try to wear a pedometer to keep track of miles and
try to do 10,000 steps every day.

Sorry Maam. These are the things he eats, and randomly enough.... I did not list portion sizes. I'm amazed it's so unbeleivable to you, especially with a photo shoot on the horizon that someone would eat so well. He's not starving by any means with this menu. I imagine more folks would look more similar to Colin if they would make better choices. The guy works hard and pays attention to what he puts in his mouth. Give him a break.

I love the firm step/strength training tapes. It's all I do all week, switch the tapes around and sweat like crazy. Love it, love it. If I don't work up a good sweat and pump my heart good, I don't feel like I did anything. Aerobics and weight training all the way.

Impressive self abuse, can't say it is beauty in its original form, no, it is definitely not natural. His face is plain, I wouldn't ever recognize him anywhere, even though he is on a billboard.

I was reading this article as I scarfed down an Oreo McFlurry and Large fries from McDonalds. I'm a 20 year old college student who is in good health and normally eats well, but lately I have been such a pig. This article inspired me, and as of tomorrow, THIS will be my new fitness plan.

This article is completely bogus! Someone is doing some major lying here, either AOL or the model. If Collin is going through the physical exercise he claims than there is no way that the reported diet coucld sustain him. Unless he is eating an entire chicken with those green beans the printed diet is probably only about 1,000-1,200 calories. Such a diet would be fine for a woman doing little to moderate exercise to loose weight but there is NO WAY a grown man who is so active could live on such meager portions. Shame on whoever is responsible for such lies!
