Balance out your Football diet with the NFL workout

A few days ago, I asked Is football making you fat? Not many owned up to it, but I suspect that one too many pizza-and-beer binges on Football Sunday have packed on a few extra pounds. Now, I'm not here to lecture you -- go ahead and enjoy your football diet if you want. But if you're going to keep it up, why not balance it out with the Football Workout?
