Delicious Frozen Dinners
As a vegetarian, I never ate a lot of frozen dinners because there didn't seem to be a lot of good veg-friendly options out there. Then along came Amy's brand of organic, vegetarian foods and I was hooked. I'm especially a big fan of their Indian dishes, like Palak Paneer, and I love their spicy black bean vegetable burrito.
For someone who's watching her weight, frozen dinners are ideal because I know exactly how many calories I'm getting and it's already pre-portioned -- I'm in no danger of overdoing it on rice or going back for seconds. Recently, I contributed to a story on the best and worst low-cal frozen dinners. My colleagues opened my eyes to a whole world of tasty diet-friendly frozen foods beyond Amy's. And of course, I now know which ones not to bother trying.
What are some of your favorite diet-friendly frozen foods?

You're forgetting the key problem with frozen dinners, the preservatives. That's what people don't think about when purchasing these frozen meals that claim to be diet friendly.
