Dark chocolate helps blood flow?

Dark chocolate was found to improve coronary blood flow, according to a new piece of research from Japan. It's been in the media lately a lot as well -- "get healthy with dark chocolate." I've seen candy manufacturers jump all over this, although all 'dark' chocolate is not created equal at all. If it's true dark chocolate you're eating, the flavonoids are indeed very healthy.
In the Japanese study, coronary flow velocity reserve (CFVR) was studied in particular, with 39 healthy adults taking part in the study. After comparing those who ate dark chocolate for two weeks with other groups in the study, those with the dark chocolate diet showed significantly improved CFVR.
