Global warming may be harder on kids
Categories: Alternative & Green Health, Nutrition & Supplements
As a person, global warming leaves me wondering what the future holds for our planet. As a parent, it leaves me wondering what that future planet will be like for my children. That's a question that no one can answer right now, but the American Academy of Pediatrics recently released a report that claims that children are likely to be hit harder by changing climate than the rest of us.
The AAP is concerned that increased pollution will cause an increase in diseases like asthma, and that the increased rainfall will bring about more waterborne infections. In addition, as mosquito zones increase, so does malaria -- particularly dangerous to young children. The AAP has recommended that pediatricians add their voice to the issue by educating their local officials. You can find links to the actual report and the AAP's policy statement here.

Since malaria is already in Siberia, and until the use of DDT was common in New York City, I wonder how accurate is the rest of the article.
Are they just jumping on the wagon, sort of a ecological chest beating to show how "manly" they are in defending against the charging Chrimia of climate change.

this is a problem that may or may not be do humanitys involement is becomeing more factual that climate is warming on a global basis ice sheet are increaseingly melting are facts not opions. A beilf that we are the primary contributer to this may be true an so is the possiblity of nutural and human factors should be looked at earlier in humanitys history the earths orbit was concider circular if you take human attribute such religous assumption at the time and rationalize that the data we have in our history lead me to belive that the orbital statous of our earth may simply be transitioning between three obitale variable and it dosen't help humanity piosoning the land, sea, and air the childeren if the future need to learn as much from there parents about surviveing and being stewerts of land. the warmer the eath, result in a vitious water cycle.
