I'm what you'd call a flexitarian. Tofu is a mainstay of my diet, much more so than meat, but I'll still have a bit of chicken or fish or even a bit of steak from time to time. I'm not overly crazy about meat, but sometimes I rally enjoy it so I'm hesitant to go completely vegetarian. But going veggie has a number of benefits;
