Daily Fit Tip: Manage your stress

Ugh, stress. It's an everyday part of our lives that we can't avoid, and even if we get really good at minimizing it we will never be able to get rid of all stress completely. But here are a few tips to help us all keep our stress to manageable levels:
  • Figure out what is causing your stress
  • Talk about it with somebody close to you
  • Eat a healthy well-balanced diet
  • Get enough sleep
  • Exercise regularly
  • Consume caffeine and alcohol in moderation while avoiding drugs and smoking altogether
  • Try relaxing with meditation or yoga
  • Spend time with people who make you happy
  • Make time for fun activities
