Daylight Savings Time: The perfect excuse to sleep

Daylight savings time is coming up next weekend on the first Sunday in November, and although it always depresses me a little to have it suddenly getting light so early there is a good side: you'll get at least an extra hour of sleep that night.It's no secret that two things are true: sleep is critical to good health, and the majority of people don't get enough of it. So take the opportunity this November to knock some time off your sleep debt and do a little catching up. The trick, according to experts, to getting the most out of the time change is to go to bed a little earlier.
