Stay-slim secrets of Catherine Zeta-Jones
Catherine Zeta-Jones is one of my all-time favourite celebrities. She's beautiful, elegant and tasteful -- and you'd never see her pulling a 'Britney.' She's also slim without being skeletal, and she has curves in all the right places. How does she do it? Well, you might be surprised to hear that she detests diets. No joke. And she's not on the low-carb bandwagon like so many other celebrities -- she'll eat pasta, as long as she's hungry. The only food that's off limits is French Fries. As for fitness? She works out often, alternating between cardio and weights. When she's not at the gym, she keeps in shape by golfing, dancing and doing aerobics.
I think she's a great role model. What about you?

Not only is it unhealthy, but they don't look good. They are Lolly Pop heads, when your head is bigger than your body, you have a problem,,,,,what is wrong with this society that we have to be a size -0

Catherine Zeta-Jones has always been slim but never skinny. She does, however, look as though she has lost about 10lbs. She was "thicker" before - now she is very slim - but not anorexic looking. She looks great!!!

mid-thirties and older it ages you. Maybe, if
the actresses/models realized that you might
see a few more pounds on them!!!

There is no way she is anorexic. She has never looked undernourished either. She obviously works hard to keep her figure nice. Some people will say anything for the sake of gossip. Give it a rest!
