Cole Choken watched his grandfather suffer from diabetes and decided that the disease wouldn't be a part of his future, not if he had any say in it anyway. So the 300+ pound 21-year-old began eating right and exercising, losing 100 pounds. But he didn't stop there, he recently completed an 800-mile run across a section of Canada to raise money for the Canadian Diabetes Association. And you know what? He says he's ready to do it again. Choken said:

Cole is such an inspiration to us all to change our attitude toward diabetes and get up and do something. The key word here is to change our attitude. If you are having a hard time getting off the couch and going for a jog, try reading this book, it has helped so many make major transformations in their life.
