Where do you eat? At the table or on the couch?

The clear frontrunner, with 47% of the votes, was the couch or a favourite chair. In second place was the dining table with 33% of the votes.
I'll admit, I usually eat at the couch, but I am a 20-something workaholic living in an apartment where my dining table doubles as my desk. Also, my family here consists of a live-in boyfriend with a very different schedule than mine and a cat. If I had kids, I would insist that we eat dinner at the table, just as my family did every night for my entire upbringing -- which is why I think these results are kind of sad. Eating at a table with my family is one of the things I miss most now that I'm out on my own -- dinner time was a chance to catch up, no matter how busy each of us was.
