Fit Gadgets is a weekly feature focusing on products and technology that will help you get fit and stay motivated or simply make life easier. It may even be a gadget that could help to save your life. From the mainstream to the obscure, I'll let you know what works and what doesn't.When Richard Tait and Whit Alexander set out to start a company in 1998, they had a distinct mission: create a lifestyle brand fueled by products and services that would lighten and enlighten people's lives. Their goal was to create special moments, memories, and emotional touchstones that people could celebrate at home, at work, and with friends and family - all the while laughing and learning.
They did just that! And among their fabulous list of games; CRANIUM HULLABALOO.While this product has been around for a few years, it goes without saying that in my opinion, this is one of the best games on the planet to keep young kids moving. On the box it says recommended for ages 4 and up, but my 2 year old (who is now 5) clearly knew what he was doing. Even better... this game can be played alone!
Don't have a play date? Make one with this high-energy game -- it gets kids off the couch and bouncing across the room!
Just press PLAY, it's that easy. And, luck makes you the winner not skill, which is a great self-esteem builder. Players move from one colorful shape to another and use their bodies to perform the many Hullabaloo moves. When Hullabaloo says, "FREEZE!" the player on the lucky pad wins! Every few minutes there's a new WINNER!
My predication - a line of Cranium games that mix fitness with fun! These days kids need to exercise their bodies and their minds.
Touch your nose to a circle, spin to a red, put your elbow on a musical instrument. Yes, Mom and Dad, you too can burn calories by joining in on the fun. Are you ready to play?
