We all have to eat, but it's how you eat that matters
Categories: Diet & Weight Loss
Part of why the weight loss industry is so huge is that there isn't just one solution that can be made to work for everybody -- we're all dealing with different issues, genetics, lifestyles, etc., so it ends up getting really complicated. But one thing that may help you find success is figuring out what kind of an "eater" you are. Do you snack in the evenings? Graze all day? Binge big at mealtimes? Knowing your weaknesses can help you devise better coping mechanisms and therefore better weight management. So what kind of eater are you? I think I'm mostly a "Nighttime Nibbler" myself.Recent Posts

It's not so much WHEN I eat as much as WHAT I eat than can get me in trouble!
For those who find themselves bored at work and are willing to subject themselves to an extremely silly food personality test, I've got one at my blog. Or perhaps not, it will probably just annoy you!

Dear Poster #1, pbpmom3, if you're going to insult us by posting ads in these blogs pretending they're real testimonials, please try changing the wording a bit.
I honestly don't mean to be rude. Maybe you really believe in this product, maybe you really have lost weight, but yours exactly matches many "blog responses" I've seen advertising the same product.
Who wants to buy from someone refuses to word their own sales pitch (rather than relying on the company-supplied generic blurb)? If you must fill these spaces, created for the honest opinions of readers, with advertising, please try to at least word it sincerely and originally.

Hey Jupiter, NOT one of my testimonials are from Monavie advertising. The only information that comes from any web or from anywhere is the facts of the benefits from the fruit or any other data that is factual. My "sales pitch" as you call it is all true stories based on testimonials from myself, my family and friends. The other informational facts are indeed based on research and studies done by different sources. SO please check with the source before you make false accusations.
Visit: mymonavie.com/richardwieland if you would like to learn more about this product, Jupiter
