Efficient stress coping can raise good cholesterol rates

If you're an older male (Caucasian) who can tolerate stress well, the only benefit is probably not just a civilized mind and body. How about having higher levels of "good" cholesterol?

This is a fascinating finding, as a new study just released at the American Psychological Association stated this interesting result. The only downer was that efficient stress management did not lower "bad" cholesterol in the same men.

Coping with stress is a staple of everyday living since almost everyone deals with it daily (or very regularly). Good or bad, rich or poor, young or old -- stress is there in some amount. Well, unless you're an infant (maybe).
