Moderate exercise or intense workout better?
I've been torn before on trying to determine if short and intense bursts of exercise are better or the same at conditioning the human body compared to moderate doses of exercise. With time in short supply for many of us, shorter sessions that give the same benefits are very attractive. But are they as good?A new U.S.-based study has concluded that moderate exercise is actually better at providing better protection against diabetes and heart disease than a more rigorous workout plan. But in the grand scheme of things, which is still better?
I'm not sure there is a direct answer to that question. But, if you have a history of heart disease and/or diabetes in your family, this study's results would seem to suggest that maybe a moderate workout is better for you. What does your doctor think? Give this question up and see what bounces back.

It's like the difference between apple pie and chocolate cake, they are both good.
You'll get the best results by doing some of both.
