"Vibrate your way to fitness!" ...really?
Categories: Fitness, Reviews & Products
Has anybody out there actually tried "vibrating your way to fitness?" I've read some good things about what vibration therapies can do for the body, but the claims this product makes seem a little too good to be true (and we all know what that means). The Body Energizer Vibrating Exercise Machine says that just by standing on it for 2-4 minutes 3-5 times a week you will see "remarkable" results in areas of muscle strength/toning, bone density, weight loss, and overall physical performance. Are you buying it? I'm feeling more than a little skeptical.Via Gizmodo
