How Hilary Duff got so Buff

Hilary Duff is one of those celebrities that seems, for the most part, healthy, happy and down-to-earth -- though I guess compared to the likes of Britney, Lindsay and Nicole, anyone would seem normal. She's on the cover of Shape magazine this month, showing off her 6-pack abs in a skimpy bikini. She's 19, so she's definitely got the age thing on her side, but she's obviously doing something more because she looks pretty buff.
According to an article in US magazine, Hilary does pilates and swims regularly, and she adheres to a sensible diet of lean proteins, fruits, veggies, whole grains and the occasional it of brie cheese. She's all but cut out her old junk food habits -- which included regular meals of chicken fingers, french fries and ice cream -- and gets healthy cooking tips from mom, who lives a few doors down.
I guess it's nice to have at least one sensible young role model in Hollywood. What do you think?
