How Many Calories.. in Biscotti?

At my local coffee shop, they have a partnership with a local bakery. This means that next to the counter there's always a selection of fresh-baked bagels, monster muffins, scones and biscotti tempting me to add a snack to my coffee order.

That's not a bad total for a snack, but since most types of biscotti are relatively low in nutritional value, it might be best to think of biscotti as an occasional treat and not something you consume with every cup of coffee. Otherwise, that could add up really fast!
