Have acid reflux? Eat an alkaline diet

If I were to ask the next 10 people, my guess is that not a one would know much about the different types of diets that product acidic or alkaline conditions inside the body.

That's unfortunate, because of if you have had (or have) acid reflux disease (which is probably no disease at all), changing your diet to one of alkaline foods would probably help you quite a bit.

Even the water you drink can have an acidic or alkaline tone to it, along with differing levels of pH (which makes water one or the other). Balancing the tone of water you drink is just as crucial to the actual food eaten in terms of trying to get that murky acid feeling out of your esophagus forever. See this for more.
