It's still a mystery to me that many pill bottles and drug dispensing vehicles given to elderly patients have plentiful pieces of confusing language and supporting information not likely to be understood by many patients. Now, to those with perfect vision and a comprehension of the English language, medical directions are not that difficult to understand. Or, are they? A lack of information on interactions and other things (like customized text based on patient history) are woefully behind the medical times.
In fact, trouble understanding medical information can not only be harmful to your health, but can be deadly as well. I'd say that is a concern, right?
