Michelle Pfeiffer is in the news a lot lately because of her new movie, Hairspray. And at age 49, I think few can deny that Michelle looks better than ever. How does she do it?
Her trainers recently spoke to W Magazine about their philosophies on exercise. Their first belief is that cardio doesn't work -- running in particular only makes people weaker and less flexible. So they combine a number of anaerobic exercises, like squats, lunges and crunches. As for diet, they suggest a low-carb, low-fat eating program that consists of two meals and three snacks a day. It sounds a bit extreme but you can't deny results -- Michelle Pfeiffer is proof that it can work.
