Walk away the pounds ... in your living room!

There are all sorts of exercises you can do in the comfort of your home. Now, add walking to the list. Fitness club owner Leslie Sansone has come up with a walking aerobics class that you can do in your home -- it's inexpensive, convenient and the best part is, you can do it when it's raining or snowing too!
Walking alone is a great way to get started when in a fitness routine, but if you'r erelatively in shape and want a workout that challenges you, the program has a number of 'walking boosters' -- including weights and ramps -- that can boost the calorie burn.
