Motivation is a problem for many when it comes to fitness, and I really believe that if you don't enjoy working out on some level, you won't be able to keep it up in the long-term, no matter how motivated you are to maintain the perfect body. So it's important to keep your fitness routine fun. How? Well, this time, we're asking you. How do you keep fitness fun?

For me, it's trying new things, new activities. I'm always up for a challenge and if it looks like fun, I'm there. And I love to dance so I'm always on the hunt for cardio dance classes. For more tips, check out these reader's tips from Yahoo.
