Chili sauce recall gets explained
The recent chili sauce recall from this past week may have been caused by botulism in a plant that had a production problem just a few short months ago, according to officials.At the time, the cans produced at the facility showed no problems, although the cans had been coming out of a heating and sterilization process too hot before they were cooled. Independent evaluators also found no problems when asked to inspect the cans from the facility.
