Save your knees!

You can have abs of steel, strong shoulders, and carved biceps, but upper body fitness doesn't mean a thing if it doesn't have a leg to stand on. Your knees are part of your body's foundation and that foundation gets the brunt of the weight and shock of your daily movements -- especially during workouts. Taking a few minutes to make sure your knees are strong will go a long way toward preventing injury to them down the road. These exercises, combined with a balanced diet to reduce excess body weight, will help keep your knees health and strong for life.
