Tend to that 'Computer Vision Syndrome'

Sit in front of a computer all day? Hopefully, you have a super-bright and well-adjusted computer monitor that does not tease your eyes into being strained.Recent studies show that "Computer Vision Syndrome" (CVS) affects nine out of 10 computer users every day, and I can't see it getting any better. After all, aren't you spending more and more time reading newsletters, shopping and reading health blogs than you used to? Not to mention doing spreadsheet calculations and typing letters?
The reason for CVS is that we tend to blink less when staring at a computer monitor than when doing other tasks. But, it's an easy thing to correct -- make a conscious effort to blink regularly when in front of that LCD screen. In fact, do it now.
