I have three young children, so usually a strict routine goes out the window. If you can wake up early without the kids waking up too, that's a bonus. Otherwise, I'll steal two 1/2 hours during the day, or I'll just wait until the kids are in bed. I don't have the luxury of enough time to get to the gym and back, so I have a "menu" of four or five standard workouts that I choose from depending on my time constraints. That way you can work out despite the weather, family obligations, travel etc. I can do an 8 mile bike ride with the kids (with baby in trailer), an early morning 5 mi run/walk, TiVo (especially Total Body Sculpt w/ Gilad!), and treadmill. That along with basic gym accessories ensures a good workout, and keeps me from making excuses of why "I can't."

When I used to work in an office, I'd take the stairs instead of the elevator, took a while but I started loosing weight.
Well, now, I work from home and I had put on some major weight.. a friend of mine gave me an all natural suppliment to take.. I lost weight and it got rid of my ance and some cellulite and best of all no more cramps during my period.
Anyway, just thought I'd share..

The best thing I've heard of so far is Al Sears' Pace program. It's supposed to continually burn fat with only 15-20 minutes of exercise.

Lose a lb a day with the fastest program ever.
No hunger or cravings.

Don't get the extract though, it's great for migraines but does not taste that great.. the bottle stuff tastes fantastic! you'll need 2 bottles the first month.. 2 oz/day

I recently bought some myself but the shipment has not arrived yet, we'll see. My coworker started taking it like 7 months ago lost a lot of weight and people at work have been asking her if she had a face lift. She says the longer your on it, the better your results are. I'm excited to finally try it.

Are people conspiring to abuse these blogs trying to hawk weight-loss products? Shame on you! Hope the stuff you're taking/selling doesn't make your guts fall out!
