Put a pedometer on your shoePosted on Jul 3rd 2007 8:00AM by Bethany Sanders
If you work hard to get those 10,000 steps in a day and get tired of that pedometer clipped to your belt, here's a product that might please you: the shoe pedometer. This nifty little gadget slips right on to your shoe and makes checking your steps as easy as looking at your feet. Not only that, it promises to accurately measure movements during activities like basketball and jumping rope. Conventional pedometers, according to the manufacturer, don't count those sort of movements. So if you want your steps to count during all of your physical activities, or just love a new fitness gadget, check out the Shoe Pedometer here.
