Do your kids take chewable vitamin supplements?

With the gamut of junk food and other nasty foods in the diets of American kids these days, it is more important that ever that kids receive the adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals to help their bodies wade through the muck of a modern western diet.

So, just as with adults, taking supplemental vitamins should form the basis of keeping your body stocked with all the tools it needs to live properly and fight off the nasty effects of bad diets. Well, as much as possible anyway.

What kind of vitamin supplement do you give your kids? Remember to look at the label closely and put aside any that have too much sugar or other chemicals. Yes, even vitamins can contain bad ingredients.
