"The acai berry is one of the most nutritious and powerful foods in the world...nature's perfect energy fruit," as stated by Dr. Nicholas Perricone when featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Mona Vie is the premier acai blend made from 19 fruits and berries, all rich in antioxidants, high levels of plant sterols to combat cholesterol, essential fatty acids to help fight heart disease...and it tastes great. I would believe more in Omega-3 if I knew the mechanism by which triglycerides and fats are lowered. Statistics can be misleading, but well-conducted scientific studies are invaluable. Bad science results in bad medicine which may be harmful at best. The average lay person cannot tell bad science from good science, thus needs competent help from reliable scientists.

I was reading this and I thought I would share a new wellness bar that I just discovered called Aristo Body & Mind Wellness Bars…. They all have omega-3s, plant sterols, and anti-oxidants in them… and they come in three different flavors… Acai (which was mentioned above me)& Lime, Pomegranate & Cranberry, and Goji Berry & Orange. I thought some people might be interested in them, they’re all amazingly delicious and they’re all natural and over 60% organic too… Their website is AristoHealth.com
