Can you stomach raw foods? These are foods that are uncooked, and they contain a high amount of active enzymes that can not only help digestion, but are more nutritious for you to boot.

Cooking most foods kills enzymes and depletes vitamins and mineral content as well, which is a prime reason, I think, most people need to supplement their diets with vitamins unless a diet of fresh vegetables and fruits is a mainstay in your daily regime.
