As fabulous as we at That's Fit think this blog is, the truth is there are hundreds of wonderful blogs on healthy living to be seen all over the blogosphere. So in this feature, Fit Links, we'll introduce you to some that have caught our eye.Workouts get stale. We get bored with the same old moves mentally, and lose our motivation to get to the gym. Our muscles are no longer challenged after too long in the same workout rut, and we stop seeing results. Both your body and your mind want you to get some new moves every now and then, and here are a few good places to shop around for new ways to spice up your workouts.
Men's Health has The Firefighter Workout, which in addition to being a great workout is something cool-sounding to tell your friends when they ask how you're getting visible results so fast.
Women's Health has a fun build-your-own workout tool, and their Ultimate Fitness Blog always has great tips too.
Better Body Journal has a full body workout you can do at home with no gym required, so if you just canceled your gym membership that's no longer an excuse!
