'To Do' list or 'Not To Do' list? That is the question

We always focus on making lists of things we need to do and inevitably end up feeling stressed out and overwhelmed by it all, when in reality a "not to do" list" may be much better for both our productivity and our health.No, nobody is saying you should suddenly start shirking responsibilities. But by taking some time to realize what you waste time on every day you can make a list of things 'not to do' and you'll end up making room for all kinds of other things. By having more control over your time you'll naturally reduce stress and be productive. And that's good for all of us!

This is something I've been thinking about a lot--all the stuff we feel like we "have" to do but really don't.
However, I'm not sure how constructing another list of things "not to do" is all that helpful. Sounds sort of like another chore to me!
We must be on a similar wavelength, Rigel, because tomorrows blog post on my blog is sort of about "not doing."
(But that's tomorrow. Today at Cranky Fitness the topic is way less philosophical. It's the new Diet Drug Alli and the possible humiliating side effects than can happen if you take it. Those who are easily disgusted should totally avoid http://crankyfitness.blogspot.com/, at least for another day).

Good idea! The first thing on my "not to do" list should be that I should not stay on the internet too long, reading interesting items after my purpose for being online is accomplished. :) (I bet this gets deleted.)
