Food is comforting, and is often a large party of holidays, celebrations, and entertainment. But if you're trying to lose weight and find yourself unable to give up those comfort foods on a daily basis, it might be the emotional eating is at the core of your weight problems.
Diet-Blog has a list of 8 warning signs that you might be an emotional eater. Some of them are surprising. For instance, cravings are often caused by an emotional trigger -- and rarely do emotional eaters crave greens or asparagus! Emotional eating can be mastered, but not before your eating issues are identified. Check out the full list of warning signs to find out if you might be at risk.
