Tired of refined grains, bleached flour and huge amounts of unhealthy carbs? Instead of using white flour for those breakfast pancakes, how about switching to whole-wheat flour instead?I use whole-wheat flour in everything -- from muffins to pancakes to cookies. Why? Well, there are no processed flours or bleach in whole-wheat products. That adds up to a much more healthy product in the end.
On top of that, have you ever heard of oatmeal pancakes? This recipe sounds so delicious that I'll be making it sometime this week. Just the thought makes me want some healthy and delicious breakfast foods -- right now!
