Pop phenomenon Rihanna says she knows the
answer to maintaining a good figure -- healthy eating, exercise and realizing that carbs, though tasty, are the enemy. Her workout MO is doing lots of cardio and weights three times a week. As for her diet, she consumes mainly fruit, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers and egg whites. Her diet is not so much about losing weight as it is being healthy overall.Despite being in the public eye, she admits that she's fairly self conscious when it comes to her stomach.
Carrots, lettuce, cucumbers and egg whites? I'm not going to lie -- that sounds, erm, pretty boring. Am I naieve to think that a healthy diet can include things that are crave-worthy?
