Can't zip your wedding dress? How to lose a few pounds just in time

Picture this: You've planned for months to create the perfect wedding. You have made yourself crazy to get every last detail just right, including choosing beautiful but cost-effective flowers, finding bridesmaid dresses nice enough to make your pictures look great but not so nice that any of your friends will outshine you on your big day, booking the most romantic accommodation for your first night as a Mrs. (or Ms.) and, most importantly, you've found a dress that will make you feel great on the most important day of your life.
One little problem though, due to all of the stress you've been overeating a little. Or because you've been so busy making plans, you've skipped a bunch of workouts and now you can't get that perfect dress to zip or button up! Well don't panic, all is not lost. If you find yourself just a little bit heavier than you'd planned in the days and weeks leading up to your wedding, you've still got time to slim down before the big day.
Have a look at the plan outlined here that promises to help you lose 11lbs in a month or, if it's really down to the wire, 5lbs in a week! Suggestions include cutting down on salt -- which will help with excessive water retention and bloating -- and eating eggs at breakfast -- apparently studies show that eating them first thing in the morning reduces the amount of calories you consume for the rest of the day. There are even suggestions on the best fake tans and great picture poses. So give it a try but also make sure you keep things in perspective because no matter what, a wedding lasts for a day but a marriage lasts a lifetime.
