Daily Fit Tip: get up early and walk around the block!

It's here: those nice mornings where it's a shame to be inside. You get up and the weather is just right and the wind is not blowing (hopefully). After having been cooped up in the house all winter, isn't it about time you started spending some time outside?

Take a walk in the brisk morning air as soon as you get out of bed. No makeup or special clothes, just some walking shoes and maybe a hat. Go outside and walk for about 20 minutes.

Not only will this give your morning a kickstart and invigorate your day, but you'll be burning a few calories as well. A bonus is that it will feel so good you may want to start a new habit.
