Daily Fit Tip: Pick 10 healthy habits and stick to them
Posted on May 31st 2007 6:00AM by Martha EdwardsHere are mine, in no particular order:-Walk at least 15 minutes each day, even if it's just around the supermarket
-Go to bed at a time that allows for at least 8 hours of sleep a night
-Limit my time on facebook
-Have some sort of fruit or vegetable with every meal and snack
-Limit alcohol consumption to weekends, and on weekends to an amount that won't cause a hangover
-Make the most of summer and spend at least an hour outside every nice day, even if it's just lying in the grass reading a book
-Make healthier choices when eating out (which I do a lot ... hello salad bar!)
-Drink 2L of water every single day
-Hug someone every day
-Do something that scares me every day (such a cliche, I know)
