Categories: Celebs & Entertainment
Celebrities always look great, and seeing as they're always in our face on TV, at the supermarket check-out and pretty much everywhere else, we get this idea that that's how we should look. So it's no surprise that we eat up celebrity workout secrets like freshly baked and buttered bread. Just how do they look so good?
Two words: air brushing.
Ok, I'm not being fair. Most celebrities do workout quite a bit and watch what they eat to maintain those perfect figures. Want some examples?Angelina Jolie used a climbing wall and plyometric exercises to get in shape for Tomb Raider. Penelope Cruz is a ballerina. For more secrets, check out the article.
Do you think it's all fake, or are these celebrities really as aesthetically perfect as we think?

The current Mens Fitness (i think it is) has as shot of somebody with andy roddick's head pasted on, touting the effectiveness of Roccick's arm workout.... Roddick has publicly said something to the effect of, "I don't know whose arms those are, but they aren't mine".
How publishing things like that are anything but fraud (in print its libel?) i don't know

Tim,
That's just too funny. Thanks for the link.
I don't know why anyone would look to a celebrity as a model for healthy living--just look at them lately, it's like a train wreck. And the ones who do manage to live healthy all seem to have personal chefs and trainers.
(When Crabby isn't making a pest of herself at That'sfit, she hosts her own, lamer blog at http://crankyfitness.blogspot.com/).

No matter what they say, their secret is a personal trainer and a nutritionist.
