Green tea weight loss patch
Categories: Diet & Weight Loss
Here we go again... another magic item for weight loss. The newest addition to a string of pills, chewables, and patches is the green tea weight loss patch. The product is based on the concept that green tea can help to suppress appetite.
Decreased cancer risk, cardiovascular health, and weight loss are just some of the health benefit claims associated with green tea. Whether you buy in to the green tea health perks or not why, oh why would we need it in a patch form? Weight loss is a terribly hard thing to do. It's no fun ordering grilled fish and broccoli when the person next to you is ordering a double-decker cheeseburger. So it's no wonder so many people are looking for that easy fix to weight maintenance. But if you're looking to green tea to help you control your weight, I'd suggest drinking a cup or two. It's much more satisfying than a sticky patch on your arm and will likely have the same effect.
