Do you try to eat a healthy breakfast but find that a lack of morning time and healthy food preparation just do not mix well together? You're not alone -- this is something I've regularly faced along with millions of other people all over the world.With 24 hours being in a day (and no more), we all need healthy but quick solutions for meals in many cases. One that I found that sounds incredibly yummy but has a minimum of fuss of this quick and light breakfast scramble that is simply delicious (and fast to prepare).
